How long will it take for my TRUFF order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
Since our products are food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Do TRUFF products need to be refrigerated?
Yes, to maintain the best flavor and quality, we recommend refrigerating all TRUFF sauces, oils, and mayos immediately after opening.
Are your products gluten-free and vegan?
